Monaro Performance Centre's experience with Australian and overseas circuit racing spans over 30 years. In that time we have been involved in a number of racing categories and events, including V8 Supercars, Australian Performance Car Championships, Auscar and Nascar. Our involvement have ranged from providing parts and specific services to building complete race cars and managing entire race teams. Most recently MPC have built, serviced and managed the vehicles used by Donut King Racing in the Australian Performance Car Championship, including the 2 GTO Monaros driven by #5 Barrie Nesbitt and #12 Anthony Alford. The cars' performance have lead to a number of great results in 2005 including a recent 2nd at Symmons Plains, and an overall championship placement of 8th for Nesbitt. MPC also supply components and engines to a number of oveseas clients, including the Pontiac entrants in the US ALM, and the Vauxhall Monaros raced in the Brittish NGT. |
